There are two conversations going on in the song. In the versus, it’s voicing the inner struggles that my mind goes through as it navigates and obsesses the many decisions and stresses of life and love. The chorus is wear the heart says to my mind when it freaks out and becomes overwhelmed and even paralyzed, which is, “Don’t worry, just relax! It’s going to be ok! Slow down and just enjoy life and appreciate THIS moment! Relax. Relax. It will be ok! Relax!” The bridge is the mind venting to the heart, “I get it, but f....., it’s SO hard to do!” So, Relax….I think this is definitely a life mantra
