The Misery EP was originally recorded and intended as the first solo release from Together Pangea frontman William Keegan. During the pandemic and what would become the DYE album sessions, this material he had been quietly recording at home, quickly became something that William and the rest of the band felt needed to be released under the Together Pangea moniker to better reach their entire fanbase. From the classic garage rock sounds of the early 2010's which echo throughout "Ativan", to the scorching acoustic punk duet "Voice in My Head", the band sounds truly reinvigorated and ready to celebrate their past in addition to where they are heading in the future. The third and final focus track off the EP "Lost" is another clear standout with a catchy verse & chorus melody that brings to mind alternative legends like The Replacements and The Meat Puppets.
