Together Pangea's acoustic rendition of of "Marijuana" is a dirge of cinematic psychedelia shot through with the band's knack for pop-punk melody. Vocalist/guitarist William Keegan of Los Angeles' Together Pangea explains the meaning behind the song Marijuana, "I had a dream that i was on a rooftop in the Tucson desert and a planet was crashing into the earth like in the movie melancholia. In the dream i knew that i could stop it, but i wanted to see what happened. I wrote this song thinking about that dream." Since they began jamming in William's Santa Clarita bedroom, Together Pangea have continually challenged themselves with each subsequent offering while receiving support from Consequence of Sound, Pitchfork, MTV, Stereogum & more.
