Luo is an indie music producer based in Hangzhou. By incorporating several roles such as producer, multi-instrumentalist, beat-maker and DJ, he has been active continually since 2021 in Hangzhou's underground music scene. Specialising in hip-hop instrumentals, his release 新课标初中必读书目 mocked the Chinese education system by using required junior high school reading books as the title of each song. That was soon followed by 你不需要听清, where he explored a non-conventional yet feasible fusion of traditional instruments and modern sounds.
