The band members originally used pseudonyms, many of which were anglicized (or Germanized) versions of their names. Only Olaf Thörsen still uses a stage name.
Roberto Tiranti is also known as the Eurobeat artist "Powerful T". He briefly left Labyrinth following the release of "Return to Heaven Denied", and was replaced by Domine vocalist Morby for around a year. Tiranti also became Labyrinth's bass player in 2006 when Cristiano Bertocchi departed and returned to singing only when Olaf Thorsen rejoined and the band reverted to their old power metal style.
Tiranti left Labyrinth for the second time in 2014. Veteran American singer Mark Boals has announced his replacement, though the band undertook no serious activities with him and Tiranti eventually returned in 2016 as Labyrinth returned to activity with a new line-up.
In 2007, the band released one album under the name Amazing Maze through King Records, published only in Japan.
