Khold has a "fifth member": Hildr (Hilde Nymoen), Gard's wife, who writes all lyrics for Khold and Tulus.
Khold also recorded a promotional demo in 2000 which got them a deal with Moonfog Productions. This demo contained at least three tracks, which were later included on the Peaceville Records-reissues of the first three albums in 2011/2012. It's possible that the demo contained more tracks.
A black metal band from Oslo, Norway, formed in 2000 by Sarke (Thomas Berglie) on drums and Gard (Sverre Stokland) on guitar/vocals. Band's original line-up was completed by guitarist Rinn (Geir Kildahl) and bassist Eikind (Lars Eikind). Eikind left the band soon and was replaced briefly by Sir Graanug (Victor Cito Borge) and Brandr (Thomas Brandt) until a more permanent bass player was found in Grimd (Thomas Arnesen). Having released their fourth album "Krek", the band was put on hold in 2006, but returned again in 2008. In 2013 Grimd was replaced by Crowbel (Stian Myhre Kråbøl).
