Key Clock is an upcoming rapper from southern Memphis, Tennessee. His debut mixtape “Clock Season” created quite the buzz and brought him into the limelight. Another exceptional project “Clock Bond,’ released in early 2018, featured one of his biggest hit to date; “Russian Cream.” Officially named Markeyvius Cathey, he was born on August 3, 1997 in Memphis, Tennessee. Key Clock grew up in an unstable household as his mother was constantly in and out of jail. His father was also not a fixture in his life. Key Clock grew up with his grandmother who made effort to keep the family intact. Like many other rappers, Key Clock traced his roots to the streets. He too would have run-ins with the law. At the age of 18, he was hit with aggravated assault charges. Fortunately Key Glock was able to use music as a distraction. He often listens to the likes of Migos, Fetty Wap, 21 Savage and Lil Baby. As his music career took off, Clock vowed to produce real and authentic music.
