CAIO is João Santos, born in Lisbon. A multidisciplinary artist, producer, composer, and singer. In 2016, at just 19 years old, he released his first tracks with the EP "Desassossego." Shortly after, in 2017, he released his first full-length album titled "Viagem," from which the single "Partida" was taken. With the release of "Mundo Incerto" in 2018, he gained more prominence in the press - recognized by Blitz as one of the best albums of that year. After a period of maturation, and also a self- imposed pause due to the pandemic situation, in early 2022, the artist released "Travessia" - this new work led the artist to perform at festivals such as Paredes de Coura, Super Bock em Stock, and venues like Theatro Circo at the Festival para Gente Sentada. In 2024, he is already beginning to plan his next phonographic work, aiming for recordings and productions that are more demanding and do justice to his journey and musical evolution.
