For the latest release on Room Trax, two artists deliver two individual and two collaborative works. Red Rooms and AgainstMe, both hailing from Berlin, come together on “We Didn’t See It Coming” to deliver their matching take on Techno. First off, “We Didn’t See It Coming” sets the tone with its relentless raw, modular sounds. On “Cursed” a pounding groove quickly takes over, joined later on by tunnelling sounds and intense percussions. Ideal peak time weapon. The EP goes a step down into deeper territories on “Shadow Hunt” by AgainstMe, with haunting atmospheres and plenty of hypnotism, until the driving, forceful final touch on the release is brought by Red Rooms, with “Out Of Focus”.
