We are glad to welcome an extraordinary musician tu the Caracteres crew, the Milan based producer Giovanni Calella aka Korinami. He has released in labels like Music_Is and Expérimental and been featured in magazines like Delayed. No surprise he has an extremely sensible way to craft his productions which are inspired by ambient and minimal techno, fusing organic elements with synthesized textures to create evolving and evocative soundscapes. From the artist words: Vriesea EP was conceived thinking about some exotic plants with their shape and colors. The sound is built using analog sequencers and synths, with the use of an electric guitar as well. The inspiration comes from a mix of ambient, kraut, and deep techno.'
