‘Timeless’ by Scottish singer-songwriter Rosie H Sullivan, was inspired by an interview when Rosie spoke about the timeless beauty of Edinburgh, and the magic it holds. Rosie chased this idea and the urge to write a song was imminent, incorporating ideas from the islands, the highlands, the ocean, and the skies. A vulnerable guitar all the way until the bridge where it opens up with layers of lush strings and vocals, accompanied by spoken word by Scottish kayaking pioneer, the late Hamish Gow. ‘Timeless’ is a full circle moment which links the upcoming EP with a line in connection the previous single ‘Chapters’, ‘Now the chapter’s closed, our stories never end’.
