On ‘Accelarated’, Lila and Sin follow up their lauded late 2024 release ‘Accela’ by enlisting friends and peers Amnesia Scanner, Verraco, Foodman and Gaika for remix duties. Amnesia Scanner opens with their twist on ‘Viconian Cycles’, switching up the atmosphere with a minimal track filled with digital gremlins with low-slung metallic, latin-esque rhythms. TraTraTrax co-boss and club omnivore Verraco gives ‘All Day I Hear The Noise of Waters’ a signature high tempo hot-blooded, percussion-heavy but slick touch, switching between rhythms and upping the energy on each switch. Hyperdub producer Foodman completely deconstructs ‘Talking Trees’ into a frantic, sub-heavy patchwork, which feel like it's interpretive dancing to Lila's vocal eccentries. Gaika slows down and morphs ‘Idioglossia’, adding a driving beat and a chorus of his own patois vocals into the airy atmosphere.
