Switched on by Latin percussion tussling with driving, writhing bass, Genkins and Mendo add shoulder-dipping, back-and-forth pads and stabs and luscious language to tease and entice, the crowning glory lying in chopped horn sections that apply an extra exotic edge, verging on the sinister.
