GYPSY AND THE CAT this week release “SORRY”, the first single taken from their sophomore album. An inventive mixture of smart lyrics, big hip hop drums, and chaotic dance ideas, the track was produced by the band and mixed in London by the Grammy Award winning mix engineer Mark Rankin (Florence and the Machine, Foster The People, Adele). The song is referential to their first album but a great evolution from a band devouring music’s past and travelling fast into its future. The single, and their subsequent album, will be released through the bands own independent label ALSATIAN MUSIC through Universal Music Australia.
