With of over 15 years in music under his belt, and support from &ME Rampa, Culoe de Song among others, native Londoner Oliver Osborne, returns to Souta. A slow-burning sulty affair, Propaganda patiently develops with Oliver’s stripped back drum work and an unrushed bassline that builds in complexity as it progresses. As more minimalist approach to groove and melody, the track is well placed for warming up the dancefloor with finesse.
