The title track, Monstera, starts as a 150BPM Industrial Techno roller, but it soon becomes apparent that there will be a sinister evolution. We are welcomed by a signature Tripped industrial sound, which in itself eventually doubles up for ultimate 300BPM terror carnage. On the flipside... proof that things just don't have to be complicated. Small Town Crooks is track with echo's of 90's UK and Australian Hardcore. Tripped himself admits that the track is heavily influenced by Traffik and the sounds of that era. Classic Tripped-UK kicks, a break, a hip hop sample, and even an acid line... This track keeps it simple and works the dancefloor energy extremely efficiently.
