‘Mojik (Your Waves)’ is the first excerpt from Fatima Al Qadiri’s ‘Gumar EP’, a collaboration with vocalist Gumar (Arabic for "moon"), in homage to a style of lamentation singing that heavily influenced both artists in their formative years in Kuwait.
