Me Myself and I is derived from R31’s introspective creation process. The listener rides an emotional rollercoaster along with R31’s guitar solo through the three different phases of understanding oneself. The concept is to create a place to help people understand what they truly want, and clarify the often obscured intents behind one’s actions. “Me” represents the selfish “I did it for me” aspect of self-awareness. “Myself” goes deeper to where one realizes one’s ego and contemplate on it. “I” gets to the core of one’s being where one is willing to take full responsibility for one’s own actions and even thoughts, thus freeing oneself from emotional frustrations and enjoying the liberty of living.
