Assalm's release "Legia" brings a deep downtempo sound which includes raw bass and heavy techno rhythms. Influenced by the emerging dark clubbing and dark wave scene, the EP "Legia" brings out dystopian elements like a soundtrack does. With help of some pieces of analog gear, such as the Lyra by SOMA Lab - a machine to recreate whale-like sounds -, athmospheric textures have been added to the rhythmic downtempo sound, which, in turn, capture Assalm's style.
