Swiss composer and multi-instrumentalist, Frank Salis developed a deep interest in jazz, soul, blues and funk, sounds typical of New Orleans. Straddling between Romandie (where he teaches) and Ticino (where he grew up), Salis in recent years has often worked on various projects that have led him to collaborate with musicians from New Orleans and to immerse himself in the musical atmospheres of the Delta City, with the likes of trombonist and singer Michael Watson (with whom "THE DAYS I LIKE TO KNOW" was released in 2020), singer John Boutté (with whom "CHRISTMAS MORN" was released under Christmas 2021) and now with singer Anders Osborne the Rolling Stones track "SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL."
