"Family Time" is the Colombian saxophonist Justo Almario's 4th excellent CD, following his previous album "Plumbline", which received lots of airplay back in the day. "Rumbon" was a track in the album that could be heard on WPCH "Portraits In Sound" sometime around 1990.
