Without you Lord, nothing is possible, so Thank You! 2020, what a year! I feel like I was caught in the Twilight Zone. I’m sure many of you can relate. Obviously, this is a year none of us will ever forget. Covid-19, Vanessa Guillen, Jose Ayala, Rudy Palacios, and of course, George Floyd and so many more of our own loved ones, that lost the battle to an invisible enemy and/or a force of Evil. This is a year that also included some good, too. Right before the pandemic, I got to realize one of my goals and on March 10, 2020 I signed a Multi-Album record deal with Freddie Records, the most recognized Tejano Label that's ever existed. 50 years strong and going! It goes without saying, that I would like to recognize Freddie Records for their participation in Tejano Music and many other genres as well. This family is definitely the staple for Latin Music in Texas and beyond. So, with that said, to Freddie Jr, Marc, John and Freddie Sr, Thank you for extending the opportunity to me. To the Freddie Records Staff - Mariano, Eli, Ram, Joe Revelez, Emma, and all involved that make this company run seamlessly, Thank you for your help, work and support. Special thanks to Brando Mireles Jr. and Mireles Production Music Studio of Eagle Pass, TX, Sevi Contreras and SlackMonster Digital Studios in San Antonio, and Eddie Perez and Syntaur Studios in New Braunfels, Tx. You guys ROCK! We’d also like to thank all Internet and social media radio stations and personalities for their continued support, and I would like to recognize them as a force in the industry. Of course, AM and FM radio continues to lead the airwaves, and is making itself available and included with internet stations as well, via apps and social media in the US, Mexico and Latin countries everywhere. As I mentioned earlier, this year has been crazy! With COVID-19 still in full effect and most artists taking extreme precautionary measures, along with the government closing our industry and individual businesses down, finances have been extremely limited. So it is my honor to present to you our Album and Song Sponsors that stepped up to the plate and made this album happen. Without you, this would have been a very difficult task to accomplish. Thank you, Delia Dee Mireles, Stella and Catman, Mera Champion, Rosa Martinez, Adrian Gomez RIP, Maggie and Richard Ortiz RIP, Bertha de la Cruz, Mari Alvarez, Jacob and Julie Salinas, Gonzalo and Roxanne Gonzalez, Angel and Amanda Zamarron, Chris Villarreal, Elias and Brenda Zapata, Roy and Jackie Morales, Bertha Montemayor, Charlie Cabrera, My die hard Crew, Adrian and Marci Huerta, Roy and Patty Garcia, and Demetric and Jessica Davila, MJDR, and last but not least Los Fabulosos Seis… Larry and Irma Calanchi, Tony and Camille Garcia and Mario and Marta Gonzalez. “Tambien Credits” These are the extra credits that go out to: Mariano for working those late hours and adding segundas, even when we missed them, he heard them. Tambien to me for the crash LOL. Tambien to Brando Mireles Jr, for producing this album, but for also playing congas, shakers, maracas and making sure I went to bed early LOL. Tambien to Ram for all the jokes and funny stories (bote de tuna LOL) Eli, for the political and DEEP conversations. Tambien to Brando and Jay Alaniz for my vocal coaching. To Jay, for tambien making a classical guitar sound like an amazing requinto, and for not changing out your bass strings LOL. Tambien, to Cristina Salinas, for the paranormal education. Y tambien to Lisa Gonzalez for that special thing you did. You didn't have to, but you did. Tambien to my wife Elizabeth for putting up with all the ins and outs, keeping up with all my appointments and of course caring for our girls. To my kids, I love you very much! Tambien to Charlie my youngest for watching the La Ultima Vez musical film over 5,000 times LOL! Tambien to the BEST film crew at The Element of San Antonio, Michael and Julia Lopez. Last, but not least, tambien to Jimencio Castillon, for his visuals, imagination and artwork. This is an Album that was recorded during one of the most difficult times in recent history of our country and our world. We, under God and Country, must stick together and be United. On behalf of Brando, Jay, myself, and Freddie Records, we bring you this project…….
