Colm Gavin is a Dublin-based singer/songwriter whose first two solo releases (Your Endless Slumber/A Voice For The Urban Darlings) both reached number 1 in the Irish iTunes Charts at the time of their release. His critically acclaimed 2021 EP, The 1992 Tapes, saw Colm’s songwriting and musicianship performed with simplicity and finesse showcasing his talent for expressing feeling and emotion. Colm looks further afield than his native Irish roots for inspiration and his songs are impacting the US market and are currently playlisted on over 50 radio stations in the USA and Canada. Charlie McGettigan is a prolific Irish singer/songwriter. Along with Paul Harrington, he achieved Irish musical royalty status by famously winning the Eurovision Song Contest for Ireland in 1994 with the song Rock 'n Roll Kids. He performs regularly around Ireland. His memoir, Forever a Rock N Roll Kid was published in 2022. Colm and Charlie McGettigan began co-writing remotely while in the throes of the pandemic at the request of Charlie himself and to date have written more than 50 songs. “Dreaming Again” is a winter's tale of separation and unflinching hope in the face of disparate adversities, voiced from the perspective of an aging Grandfather figure, fearful of spending the holidays alone and a love-struck Romeo pining for the hope of reunion with his erstwhile Juliet.
