Grammy-nominated German producer veteran, Shuko, and 20-year-old beatmaker & pianist, Ornithology come together to form the duo - Naptunes. The duo have never met each other in person, only collaborating online via the internet from two different parts of the world. The Naptunes project was created as an outlet to fall back in love with music, in a pressure free environment. Every weekend during the summer, Ornithology and Shuko got on Zoom for sessions that lasted hours where they talked about life and made music together. "This track was an extremely collaborative track," says Ornithology. "Shuko started with the piano sample chop which I added drums over. Shuko ran the drums through his MPC and had his friend Rene play bass over it. I had my friend Mars play some guitar on it. This track came together quite easily and nicely. The jazzy beat would be perfect for Jazz Vibes and Lofi Beats along with Beatstrumentals."
