The creative mastermind behind this project was none less then Michael Cretu who is also the producer of his wife Sandra and his own Enigma – project. 20 Years later Arnold Palmer - a young DJ and producer – comes up with an amazing rework of „Cold Days, Hot Nights“ containing original samples of this classical track. This guy is no stranger to the dancefloors anymore because he is also responsible for the well known 'Backside Artists' – project that recently produced the main mix for Shaun Baker's „Xplode 2“ - one of the biggest club hits in Europe last year. But here he delivers an extremely trendy rework of that biggest Moti Special hit - the original authors and publishers love it so much that they finally gave him the necessary rights for an official release. Now “Cold Days” will be released on the in-house imprint GET FREAKY! - this young label for more house orientated club music that earned so much respect for the first releases from CONWAYS („A Walk in the Park”) and the latest chart climber MOHITO feat. Howard Jones („Slip away“). On the first 12”-Vinyl you will find the Original Club Mix plus incredeble remixes from 2-4 Grooves (... for sure you might know their latest bootleg productions!) and Groovestylerz (... one of the hottest remixers at the moment!). The first CD-R promos are out to strong selected tastemaker and radio jocks and the first buzz on this track is really massive!
