-Ive got a brilliant idea - you should get to know Albert the wizard! Im sure, he will see yourself and youre traits of destiny. You always have a chance to change your life! - Augustus supported Arcy. -Yeah! - Sean and Stan agreed. -Im so grateful of you! Ill never forget this very day! See you! - the Moon took goodbye. The anubises got back to their floating board. It was almost ready. -How did you know that he didnt lie? - Sean asked Arcy -I didnt, I just felt, - replied Arcy, hammering last canes. So was the board complete. -Are you ready? Board in! - ordered Augustus. -Here we come! - shouted Sean, when all settled, and he shoved off. The floating board came out very solid and durable. It was pleasurable to sit in. The river ran its currents quite fast but sometimes it took efforts to push away again from the bank with canes. Quite a period passed, the Sun was about to set, when they saw the bulls head. -Come! Quick! To the bank! I can see a bull! - Arcy activated. -Great! Were in place, and we carry on quite well! One third of the way left, - Augustus assured and inspired the tired travelers. Meanwhile the day was at its dawn. -Lets make a stop and have a snack? - advised Stan. -Im gonna collect the wood. -Great plan. The flames were on fire, all gathered around. With joy the poured out racy coffee along the mugs and removed loafs of bread with jam. -Special thanks to Bianca! - Augustus showed gratefulness aloud. - What a good idea, this was! -Now, tell us your childhood story, Augustus. -Well, okay. I was too young, and we lived with Mum in a forest not far away from a village. Once upon this time I was chasing the wind across the field and saw a cattle boy shepherding his herd of sheep. At first, I was frightened a bit, but I liked this guy. He had a guitar in his hands. I didnt know what was it that time. But when he sat down and started playing, to my surprise, I found myself totally engrossed with the sounds. I calmed down in the field and I was listening. I could not finally figure out what I should chase know, the guitar or the sheep. -So what did you choose? Tough choice. -As though you didnt know? Both, of course. I approached to that guy and said with my most terrible growl If you give me this thing, Ill spare your life! - The boy laughed. I was a less-than-a-dog- size, and hardly stroke fear. He said What do you need it for? You cant even play it! Lets be friends, you will guard my herd, and I will teach you how to play. This thing is called a guitar. Agree? Surely I agreed. So I made friends with Terry. I wonder, how he is now. -Thats funny. Interesting story. -So, pals, here we go? So they went on. Mountains, meadows, trails. Forests, fields, hills. But they went on. Until it was the depth of night. But suddenly Stan cried: -The road!!! -Whats there afar? The headlights, eh!? In our direction, aint it? -They are! The headlights! They started jumping like mad to attract drivers attention. But it was too tight, they did not manage to stop and ran past. -Ah! We going out off stamina. - Sean was distressed. But unexpectedly the van braked and came in reverse to them. -Where are my friends-musicians going? - asked the driver smiling. -To Calico, the ghost-city. Weve got a mission to fulfill. We need to rescue our friend. -Oooh, the important mission, thats good. Get in, Im gonna give you a lift, but you must promise to play your music live for the whole trip. So they did. They travelled through the night in that van while story telling of their circus life and playing musical parts. The dawn in the desert was quite the performance. Dark-tangerine mountains were gradually coming into solar-orange. The skies were gleaming with all the shades from golden to azure. Everyone was watching spellbound this picture. -And thats Calico, guys, here we come! -said the driver. - Take care, bad rumors circulate on this place. To be continued
