Right before Christmas time, Berlin based singer songwriter Anna-Marlene releases her warm hearted winter song a la Norah Jones as first single of the Christmas album “Back home for Christmas”. Accompanied by one of Germany’s most booked combo “Köstritzer Jazzband”, who celebrate their 25th. band jubilee this year, the smooth jazz / acoustic pop album “Back home for Christmas” will be released as their 6th album on 29th of November this year. “Back Home” is about the increasing anticipation of coming home for Christmas after a band’s touring around. Many concerts in many different cities, millions of exciting moments in the spotlights on stage, all these feelings are auto descriptive and authentic experiences in Anna-Marlene’s new Christmas song. Together with the Jazzband she has been touring throughout Germany for 10 years now.
