After Saigon Soul Revivals debut album "Hoa Am Xua", which was nominated for Songlines Music Award 2021, featured as Record of the Month on Radio FIP in France and celebrated by Iggy Pop on BBC6, among others, Saigon Soul Revival returns soon with their second album, "Mối Lương Duyên". Today we´d like to tease you a little bit with this first single „Ai Thật Lòng Yêu Ai“ (Who Truely Loves Who?) from the upcoming album. Once again featuring Nguyễn Thị Hải Phượng on Đàn Tranh (Vietnamese 16-stringed zither). This very soulful album opener „ Ai Thật Lòng Yêu Ai“ tells the story of a man who is deeply in love has his heart betrayed when he discovers his sweetheart is with another. Confused and crushed by despair, the man swears to himself that he will never forget the pain she caused him that day. He wishes never to see her again, in this life or the next.
