With "A Você", Massivan seems to be introducing a new subgenre called FFB ("Formentera Future Bossa")… oozing subtle and pure musicianship, as both versions feature an all star cast of some of the finest international session players. Most of them shall humbly go unnamed here, with the exception of two maybe: the vocals of course come courtesy of long time Massivan collaborator Bea Luna - and it's Massivan himself on the percussion (and most of the other instrumentation). The classic mix sports a lush live-band-for-aperitivo vibe, witnessed playing from a beach shack during a walk on the wild side of the Copacabana and highlighting jazzy horns, while the original mix zooms in on a sultry yet minimalist tango tip, perfect for summer sunset purposes. In summary: 2 x timeless Formentera Future Bossa, sounding like summer!
