Total time: 36:26 Noctovision的CD内页介绍： For the past year I have been working sporadically in film sound... specifically sound effects. l have always had a desire to work with sound which, when coupled with images, creates a sub-text, but this is a romantic aspiration which has little to do with how most of the American film world really operates. One sound editor I worked with described most film sound as belonging to the "see cow, hear cow" school. I agree with his perception, and being disillusioned, I seriously doubt that I will get the chance to express my ideas in this medium. I felt that l should express these ideas in the way I know best...in a "musical" format. I have a passion for building aural backgrounds. This CD is comprised of four pieces that re-create and embellish various backgrounds I have heard in daily life. To merely record these environments would have been too easy, and the recordings couldn't convey the intricate psycho-acoustic resonancesl experience in them. Each of the sonic atmospheres on this CD is crafted brick by brick, and they are then fine tuned until they give off their own glow.
