Bad Snacks is a producer and multi-instrumentalist hailing from Boston, MA, and is known for creating violin-infused, genre-bending electronic music. Additionally, she runs a successful YouTube channel (108k+ subscribers) where she posts content related to music technology and beat breakdowns. Due to her love for cutting-edge music tech, she has worked as a key demonstrator with several of the industry’s largest names like Ableton, Roland, Spectrasonics, and Moog. Additionally, she has taught as an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music for Electronic Production & Design. Her love outside of electronic music and music education expands mostly to her dog Bean. At the end of the summer, Bad Snacks conducted a remix contest, encouraging outside artists to rework her track "iiwannabe" off of her Nettwerk debut EP Home Music. With nearly 100 submissions, wongii was the winner of the challenge, providing a lush and layered reworking, a downtempo track reminiscent of Tame Impala and Jon Hopkins. It's one to play loudly at your next house party (see also: home party).
