"Stay Alive" by Tom Speight was inspired by reading the book of the same title by Matt Haig, which is about his own struggles with mental health. Tom states "I had just come out of the hospital with Crohn’s Disease after a lengthy stay of 2 months, and I felt like I was ready to fall in love with being alive again and not take life for granted. We had just played at Glastonbury, and I knew I wanted a song in my set that people could dance to. As a result, "Stay Alive" was born. Produced by Chris Bond (Ben Howard). Backing vocals by Turin Brakes.
