Ornithology is the lofi moniker of Shaan Chhadva aka SCayos who wanted to be an ornithologist when he was younger. Focusing instead on music, this passion project continues to value the love of bird watching and the importance of chasing your childhood dreams, whatever they may be. After a series of strong EPs & an LP alongside Oatmello, as well as remixes of Chet Baker classics, Ornithology took the stage for the first time in Los Angeles and recorded a 20+ minute jazz set. Featuring a drummer, a bassist, and a trumpet player, Ornithology was comfortable on the keys. This live version of "Oh, You Crazy Moon" was originally a Chet Baker remix, and you can look out for two more live versions in the coming weeks/months.
