Volker Barber, German Echo winner, who has worked at the time on Hit projects of The MCL , Moskva TV, Sven Väth, Milli Vanilli, 16 bit, Excalbur, has written and produced this song together with his then assistant DJ Don Brown with the vocalist DJ Silvy.
