But now the 2-4 Grooves guys are coming up with their own first official single release. “The Way I do” contains parts of “Like the Way I Do” originally performed by Melissa Etheridge in the 80s. Melissa herself is so happy with this rework that she has confirmed everything and is crossing her fingers for the nice guys… "If we don’t see us, we will hear us!" – this is the cool motto of 2-4 Grooves aka Steve Sound and Mr. Starfunk. At the latest since summer last year they should be a big name in club land. Because of their explosive house sets they provide the wackiest parties in clubs and with their latest tracks they have conquered the club charts all over the world. Basically everything started with funny productions of so called bootleg tunes – tracks containing original samples taken from other well known tracks making them suitable in a DJ house set. Meanwhile there is nearly no DJ, who doe not have their records in his bag. Joining the success of this “Love E. P.” the “Again E. P.” containing “Again”, “Be Loved” and “Wanna be” has been released a while ago. Also this release was a top seller – entered vinyl sales at #1! On the first 12”-Vinyl you will find the Original Club Mix plus an incredible The Real Booty Babes RMX for the big rooms. The first CD-R promos are out to strong selected tastemaker and radio jocks and the first buzz on this track is really massive! The DJs are reacting very enthusiastically so this record is expected to become an indispensable tool for peak time plays in the upcoming sets of all the biggest DJs. A RMX 12”-Vinyl containing additional remixes by Sunloverz, Steve N’ King, Groovestylerz aka Rockstroh and none less then Steve Murano is planned for end of October.
