Welcome back, today is a special day. It's the 10th release on Mise en Place and we couldn't be happier than presenting Nicky V's latest adventure into Deep, Driving, Ethereal House music. "Learn to Fly" kicks things off with a jacking tech beat, other-worldly pads and synths that make you feel like you've landed on a distant planet, this one is sure to put a smile on the dance floor. Next up is a very dubby almost 2 step/garage beat with a soulful piano and vocal called "New Day". Nostalgic yet still future facing moving along with subby undertones and some sophisticated warehouse squelches, pure class. Things round out with "Revolutions", a driving 80's arp kicks things into gear along with an excellent array of call and response sounds on top. Things get taken to the next level towards the end of the track when the pitched analog lead kicks in. Nick's new EP is a wonderful collection of songs that we're excited to share with you.
