Not Yet Remembered and Arsenic Solaris are proud to introduce the debt self-titled album from visual and sound artist Michael Page's project KARN. Michael has been recording as Fire In The Head since 2004 and Sky Burial since 2006. He has collaborated on his recordings with members of Hawkwind, Coil, Nocturnal Emissions, Swans, Zoviet France, and many others. Taking inspiration from kosmische, electronic, and industrial artists of the late 70s and early 80s, KARN was conceived as a project with singular focus and intent, taking a more minimal and experimental approach to to composition and recording than Michael's previous projects. These recordings are a document of studies in rural psychogeography. The soundscapes are the sonic actualization of liminal experience while navigating several ancient sacred sites and trackways in the West Country of Britain. They are the mist where the veil between realms becomes the most thin.
