Earlier this week we heard “Addicted” from the new self-titled “Blue Album” by JMSN, an L.A. singer/songwriter/producer who contributed vocals to Kendrick Lamar’s Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City. Now the whole album is streaming, and it’s worth a listen. I described that song as “a grandiose R&B track floating somewhere in the space between Justin Timberlake and How To Dress Well,” and the rest of the album affirms that feeling. It’s incredibly well done — its arrangements lush and sweeping, Christian Berishaj’s voice at just the right midpoint between stubbly and smooth. Listen below.
