Bernardt) present the follow-up to their self-titled 2022 debut album. The handful of tracks on ‘Millennial Breeze’ sprouted from jams back in 2020 and were road tested at various live performances around the globe. From that point on these productions were ever evolving: not only picking up the dripping sweat and energy from the crowd who witnessed them, but also creating new back & forth impromptu dialogues between Lander’s drums and the slick 90s synths of Adriaan. During live performances the two like to keep their audience close, creating a pure audiovisual and intimate dance floor atmosphere at a constant tipping point of excitement. ABOUT LANDER & ADRIAAN Lander & Adriaan is a Belgian duo consisting of drummer Lander Gyselinck (STUFF., Beraadgeslagen, LABtrio) and keys player Adriaan Van de Velde (Pomrad, Mauro Pawlowski, J. Bernardt). Their common fondness for slick digital synths and 90s underground dance music genres brought them together to submerge in symbiotic jams during the very first of lockdowns in 2020. When their two fantasy worlds collide, the result is a rave roller coaster that is raw and glossy at the same time. Drawing from a myriad of 90s dance genres their music envisions a pleasantly disturbed realm of unguilty pleasures, sheer weirdness and pure excitement. Praised by Belgian and international press such as 3voor12 (NL), Lander & Adriaan released their self-titled debut album in 2022. It was followed by various live performances all over Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy) and at festivals such as ESNS (NL) and Pukkelpop (BE). Their signature live session for tastemaker Lefto’s radio show on left an everlasting mark in the Brussels park and on the Youtube algorithm worldwide. In 2023 they performed live at the Dries Van Noten fashion show for the Men’s Autumn Winter 2023-24 collection, which resulted in an EP with the recordings at the beginning of this year.
