CAPYAC has been playing live multi-genre music for dancefloors since 2014. They met Reggie Watts in 2023 in Los Angeles and felt an instant kinship across dance music, comedy, improvisation and the EP ‘Celestial City’ was born. 'Dreamwalking’ is the first track that came out of improvised jams, they were written in real-time, mostly in a single continuous recording, which is such a different process from CAPYAC’s typical meticulous songwriting.
