With Joram Smit appearing for a second time on Borderline: R&D, this time the idea took the attention of label owner John Dopping, inviting Joram to collaborate on the track under his Definitions alias. Joram’s pure and groovy progressive style appealed to John and the pair embarked on making something that is more reminiscent of some of an earlier era of the Dopping sound, with Joram taking the lead and the result being chunky yet delicate, experimental yet simple and hypnotic.
