Berlin Philharmonic trumpet player Andre Schoch will publish his first solo album with an ambitious repertoire with pieces from the baroque and early classical era by composers Michael Haydn, Johann Wilhelm Hertel, Johann Melchior Molter, Leopold Mozart and Georg Philipp Telemann. The new album has been recorded with the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra. The album title "CORE" represents the innermost sensation, soul and heart of this special music which has been accompanying Andre Schoch for a long time. On the one hand the artist is concerned with the "core", the soul of the sound, which he wants to express on his instrument. On the other hand the works found on the album are precisely the central and "core pieces" of the 18th century repertoire.
